(ii) Mixing
We use state-of-the-art processing equipment to mix formulations in bulk ranging from 5kg to 8000kg. Every formulation demands its own optimum, sanitised, controlled conditions — so we adapt accordingly.
We use hot and cold mix vessels, a separate flammable mixing area
and a maturation store to ensure all products, from personal care to cosmetics, have their own perfected processes.
Everything is automated to ensure excellent batch consistency.

With our innovative technology optimised for speed and accuracy, we are a one-stop destination for all your filling needs. Our specialist array of lines cater to any formulation whether it’s powdered, wet or alcohol-based.
Also in our capacity is the flexibility for any and every colour, automated lipstick lines, mascara fillers, powder presses and hot pour fillers. Naturally, all these formulations need to be stored and protected, and with our tube, jar and bottle
filling lines we will make a home for your product.
