Hong Kong, China 1 December 2021 – Meiyume has divested the Lornamead Brands in Germany and the UK brands Brisk, Rapid White and Triple Dry to Sodalis, an Italian Fast-Moving Consumer Brands Company operating in the Personal, Beauty and Home care markets across Europe and in Russia.

This decision follows a strategic review of Meiyume’s overall portfolio and will allow us to better focus on providing packaging, turnkey, retail solutions and insights to Beauty players and enable us to transform the industry.

The Lornamead business was acquired by the Group in December 2012. After the divesture, the remaining UK brands and the US Lornamead business will remain within Meiyume.
